دور البنك المركزي في الوقاية ومعالجة الصعوبات المالية للبنوك

Résumé: لقد حرصت النظم والقوانين المصرفية على تحقيق الاستقرار النقدي والمصرفي، وتفادي حدوث الأزمات المالية، حيث عهدت إلى البنك المركزي بمهمة الرقابة والاشراف على البنوك والمؤسسات المالية المنتمية للجهاز المصرفي. فيكون بذلك مسؤولاً عن اتخاذ ما يلزم بشأن الصعوبات المالية التي تواجه البنوك بما يضمن سلامة استقرار النظام المصرفي وتحقيق الثقة فيه. ولقد تضمن القانون 23-09 المتضمن القانون النقدي والمصرفي مجموعة من الآليات تتيح للبنك المركزي التدخل لأجل الوقاية أو معالجة التعثر المالي للنبوك سيتم بحثها بالمقارنة مع ما تضمنه القانون المصري 194 لسنة 2020 المتعلق بالبنك المركزي والجهاز المصرفي. The systems and banking laws have been keen on achieving monetary and banking stability, and avoiding financial crises, by entrusting the central bank with the task of supervising and overseeing banks and financial institutions belonging to the banking system. Therefore, it is responsible for taking necessary measures regarding the financial difficulties faced by the banks, ensuring the safety and stability of the banking system and building trust in it. The Algerian Monetary and Banking Law 23-09 includes a set of mechanisms that allow the Central Bank to intervene in order to stabilize the situation of banks, which will be examined in comparison to the Egyptian Law 194 of 2020 on the Central Bank and the Banking System.
