الحماية الجزائية للأطفال من التحريض عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في التشريع الجزائري والمقارن

Résumé: الملخص: الحماية التي أقرها التشريع الجزائري للأطفال من خطر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، الخطر الناتج عن سوء استخدامهم لهذه المواقع، والتي تعتبر فضاء ونشاط ملائم لمحترفي الإجرام، هذه الحماية ضمن المواثيق الدولية التي صادقت عليها الدولة الجزائرية، وجسدتها في قانون العقوبات وقانون حماية الطفل، وقانون تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال، مقارنة ببعض التشريعات العربية والغربية، مع تبيان الحماية الجنائية الإجرائية المستحدثة للتصدي للجريمة المعلوماتية بإثبات الدليل الجنائي. Abstract: the protection established by Algerian legislation for children from the dangers of social networks, the danger resulting from their misuse of these sites, which are considered a suitable space and activity for criminals, this protection within the international conventions ratified by the algerian state, and embodied in the penal law and the child protection law and information and communication technology law, compared to some arab and western legislations, with a clarification of the procedural criminal protection developed to address information crime by establishing the forensic evidence .
