Résumé: "تعتبر الاستدانة إحدى أهم القرارات الإستراتيجية التي تتخذها المؤسسة، لتلبية مختلف احتياجاتها المالية، هذا القرار ينتج عنه تفاعل مجموعة من المتغيرات لها ارتباط وثيق بالأداء المالي للمؤسسة. الهدف من الدراسة هو إبراز مدى تأثير تكلفة الاستدانة على المردودية المالية لمجمع صيدال . أظهرت الدراسة أن النسب المحققة من المردودية الاقتصادية هي المؤشر الأساسي للحكم على تأثير تكلفة الاستدانة على المردودية المالية سواء بالإيجاب او بالسلب. " "Leveraging is one of the most important strategic decisions taken by the organization to meet its various financial needs. This decision results in the interaction of a range of variables that are closely linked to the financial performance of the organization. The objective of the study is to highlight the extent to which the cost of leveraging affects the financial viability of the Saidal complex. The study showed that the ratios achieved from economic returns are the primary indicator of judgement on the impact of the cost of leveraging on financial revenues both positively and negatively"
