تقييم فعالية سياسة استهداف التضخم دراسة تحليلية حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2016)

Résumé: الملخص: يعتبر استهداف التضخم أهم تطور في السياسة النقدية على مدى السنوات الخمس والعشرين الماضية استقرار التضخم للحفاظ على مستويات التضخم المستقرة والمنخفضة نسبيًا هو الهدف النهائي والأول لكل حكومة من خلال السياسة النقدية كجزء من استراتيجية استهداف التضخم هذه. الغرض من هذا البحث هو إلقاء بعض الضوء على التضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري من خلال دور السياسة النقدية والبنك المركزي في علاج هذه الظاهرة تغطي الفترة من 1990 إلى 2016، بناءً على متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي، وبناء على الدراسة التحليلية سمحت لنا أن نلاحظ أن معالجة التضخم في الجزائر لا تقوم فقط على الأدوات النقدية وهي تنظيم كميات العملات وخاصة فيما يتعلق بتنظيم الواردات وسياسة التجارة الخارجية، والتنويع الاقتصادي ضرورة لمعالجة التضخم الهيكلي. Abstract: Inflation targeting is the most important development in monetary policy over the last twenty-five years. Stabilizing inflation to maintain relatively stable and low levels of inflation is the first ultimate goal of each and every government by the monetary policy as part of this inflation targeting strategy. The purpose of this research is to shed some light on inflation in the Algerian economy through of the monetary policy in the treatment of this phenomenon covering the period from 2002 to 2016, based on macroeconomic variables. The econometric study based onan analyticalstudy, has allowed us to note that the treatment of inflation in Algeria is not based only on monetary tools namely regulation of the quantities of currencies but especially on the regulation of imports and foreign trade policy, and economic diversification is a necessity to address structural inflation.
