دور جمعيات المجتمع المدني في تحقيق التنمية المحلية من المنظور الوظيفي إلى المنظور البنيوي دراسة حالة جمعية المستقبل للتنمية بولاية باتنة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على التجربة التنموية لـــ: جمعية المستقبل للتنمية كجمعية ناشطة بولاية باتنة في المجال الاجتماعي، من خلال دراسة دورها في تجسيد معالم الانتقال من النموذج التقليدي للتنمية إلى النموذج البنيوي. حيث تمّ التطرق إلى أهم آليات عملها، بالإضافة إلى عرض مجموعة الأنشطة والبرامج التطوعية التي قدمتها خدمةً لتنمية المجتمع المحلي كمشروع "أبدع" باعتباره أحد المشاريع التنموية البارزة التي ساهمت في تنفيذ مشاريع تنموية ملموسة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي مع الاعتماد على أدوات جمع المعلومات: الملاحظة، المقابلة، والوثائق ذات الصلة. في الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج لعل أهمها: هي أن الجمعية من خلال ترقية نشاطاتها من العمل التقليدي الخدماتي إلى عمل قائم على التمكين وتنمية القدرات ساهمت في نشر الفكر المقاولاتي من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى خلقت آليات جديدة من أجل العمل التشاركي والتعاوني في إطار الديمقراطية التشاركية. This research paper aimed to highlight the developmental experience of the "Future Development Association" as an active social organization in Batna, by examining its role in transitioning from the traditional development model to the structural model. The paper discusses the key mechanisms of the association’s work, as well as presents a range of volunteer activities and programs it led for the local community’s development, including the "Create" project, which is one of the prominent developmental initiatives contributing to tangible development projects. The descriptive approach was employed, relying on data collection tools such as observation, interviews, and relevant documents. Finally, the study reached a number of results, perhaps the most important of which is that the association, by upgrading its activities from traditional service work to work based on empowerment and capacity development, contributed to entrepreneurial thinking, Additionally it created new mechanisms for participatory and cooperative work, translating into the framework of participatory democracy.
