التعليم الريادي و تنمية المهارات الريادية للطالب الجامعي الجزائري (دراسة على عينة من طلبة كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة عبد الحميد مهري قسنطينة 2 )

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح العلاقة ما بين التعليم الريادي وتنمية المهارات الريادية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، وقد تم تطبيق استبيان على عينة مكونة من 170 طالب وطالبة بكلية الاقتصاد والتجارة وعلوم التسيير بجامعة عبد الحميد مهري قسنطينة 2 يمثلون تخصصات مختلفة. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج رئيسية: أظهر الطلاب مستوى مرتفعا من الاهتمام بالتعليم الريادي ومدى مساهمة هذا لاخير في بناء مهارات ريادية لديهم، وتم تحديد ارتباط مباشر ذوعلاقة طردية قوية بين التعليم الريادي وتنمية المهارات الريادية للطلبة بين المشاركين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لم يتم العثور على فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات الطلاب ، ومنه فالتعليم والمعرفة الريادية اصبحت امر ضروري لتعزيز التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطلبة وتشجع العمل الريادي وانشاء المؤسسات، كما أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تسخير هذه الكفاءات الإبداعية والمبتكرة وتوجيه على ارض الواقع. الكلمات المفتاحية : ريادة الاعمال، التعليم الريادي، مهارات ريادة الاعمال، كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير. Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the relationship between entrepreneurial education and the development of entrepreneurial skills among university students. A questionnaire was applied to a sample of 170 male and female students at the Faculty of Economics, Commerce and Management Sciences at Abdelhamid Mehri University Constantine 2, representing different specializations. After analyzing the data using the SPSS statistical package, the study reached several main results: Students showed a high level of interest in entrepreneurial education and the extent to which this contributes to building their entrepreneurial skills. A direct correlation with a strong positive relationship was identified between entrepreneurial education and the development of students' entrepreneurial skills among the participants. In addition, no statistically significant differences were found in students' responses. Therefore, entrepreneurial education and knowledge have become essential to enhance creative thinking among students and encourage entrepreneurial work and the establishment of institutions.
