دور الشراكة الأجنبية في تنمية القدرات الطاقوية لمؤسسة سوناطراك

Résumé: تبحث هذه الورقة في الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه الشراكة الأجنبية في تنمية القدرات الطاقوية لمؤسسة سوناطراك، كون هذه الإستراتيجية من بين أحسن طرق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، ومن بين أهم قنوات نقل التكنولوجيا والخبرات والأساليب الإدارية الحديثة. ويعد القانون الخاص بالمحروقات والتعديلات التي أجريت عليه من بين أهم الأسباب التي أدت توفير المناخ المناسب لإبرام عدد كبير من عقود الشراكة بين مؤسسة سوناطراك والعديد من الشركات النفطية العالمية، وهو ما انعكس إيجابا على مؤسسة سوناطراك فتحسن أداؤها في مختلف النشاطات المتعلقة بالمحروقات وتوسعت أنشطتها لتتعدى التراب الوطني إلى خارج الوطن، وأصبحت تحتل مراتب متقدمة على المستوى العالمي في مجال المحروقات. Abstract: This paper examines the role that can be played by the foreign partnership in the development of the energetic capacity of Sonatrach Corporation. In fact, this strategy is considered as the best method of foreign direct investment and the most important channel of technology transfer, expertize and modern management techniques.Morever, the law of Hydrocarbons and the amendments related to it provided the appropriate atmosphere for the conclusion of a large number of contracts between Sonatrach Corporation and several international oil companies. This situation had positive reflects on Sonatrach Corporation through the improvement of its performance in various activities and the expansion of its activities beyond the national territory which permits this corporation to occupy high ranks on the global level in the hydrocarbons field.
