دور أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق السلامة المهنية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز تسمسيلت

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق السلامة المهنية، باعتبار أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية من أهم الواجبات الواقعة على عاتق المؤسسات، ولإثراء بحثنا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة سونلغاز بتسمسيلت؛ حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي قصد التعرف على مختلف أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية وكيف تعمل على تحسين ظروف العمل داخل المؤسسة وتحسين معيشة العمال، ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بإعداد استمارة وزعت على عينة الدراسة. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة تقوم بممارسة مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي من خلال تهيئة بيئة عمل ملائمة للعمال والحرص على سلامتهم المهنية داخل وخارج العمل. This study aims to highlight the role of social responsibility dimensions in achieving occupational safety, considering that social responsibility is one of the most important duties of institutions, we conducted a field study at the Sonelgaz Foundation in Tissemsilt; we used the descriptive approach in order to identify the various dimensions of social responsibility and how it works to improve working conditions within the organization and improve workers' lives. For this purpose, we prepared a questionnaire distributed to the study sample. the study concluded that the institution is exercising its social responsibility at the internal and external levels by creating a suitable work environment for workers and ensuring their professional safety inside and outside work
