الوساطة الرقمية في المكتبات الجامعية: تعزيز أم إلغاء لدور اختصاصي المعلومات مكتبة المدرسة الوطنية لعلوم البحر وتهيئة الساحل نموذجا
Résumé: الملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على المكتبات الجامعية في خضم ما تشهده من تحديات تكنولوجية و تطورات متسارعة مست جميع خدماتها و حتمت عليها اللحاق بركب التطور و وضعتها أمام خيار وحيد لا ثاني له هو ضرورة تقديم قيمة مضافة للجامعة و للبحث العلمي و للمجتمع ككل ، هذا الذي لن يتأتى إلا من خلال اختصاصي معلومات مؤهل و مكون تكوينا علميا للتصدي لمثل هذه التطورات الحاصلة و الذي يبرز دوره حقيقة من خلال ما تقدمه المكتبة الجامعية من خدمات رقمية باعتبار اختصاصي المعلومات وسيطا معلوماتيا رقميا مابين المعلومة و طالب المعلومة. وبالتالي فإن دراستنا هذه جاءت لمعرفة واقع الوساطة الرقمية بمكتبة المدرسىة العليا لعلوم البحر وتهيئة الساحل-دالي ابراهيم الجزائر-ومدى جاهزية اختصاصي المعلومات بها لتبني هذا النوع من الوساطة باعتبارها مبدأ تقوم عليه في تقديم الخدمة وتسهيل الاستخدام والتواصل الفعال مع المستفيد. Abstract: This study seeks to shed light on the university libraries in the midst of technological challenges and quick developments effecting all their services, and made them obliged to catch up with the development process and put them in front of a choice which is the necessity of providing an added value to the university, to scientific research and to society as a whole. This will only come through a qualified information specialist and who is scientifically trained to address such development, which really highlights his role through the digital services provided by the university library, and that the information specialist is a digital information intermediary between the information and the information seeker. Therefore, our study came to know the reality of digital mediation in the library of Higher School of Marine Sciences and Coast Management -Dely Ibrahim Algiers -, and the readiness of information specialist to adopt this type of mediation as a principle on which it is based on providing services, facilitating the use and effective communication with beneficiary.
