Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور صناديق الاستثمار المسؤولة اجتماعيا في دمج الممارسات المسؤولة بالشركات مع الإشارة إلى حالة مجموعة من الدول الأوروبية، وهي تفترض وجود مزجا بين عدة استراتيجيات ويتعلق الأمر بكل من استراتيجية الفحص السلبي واستراتيجية الفحص الإيجابي واستراتيجية المشاركة والتصويت؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى أن صناديق الاستثمار المسؤولة اجتماعيا تطبق مزجا بين عدة استراتيجيات لكي تنجح في إعادة توجيه سلوك الشركات لصالح الممارسات المسؤولة، ويرتبط اختيار هذا المزج بالمنطقة الجغرافية ونوع القطاع المستهدف. This study aims to highlight the role of socially responsible investment funds in integrating responsible corporate practices with reference to the case of a group of European countries, and presupposes a combination of several strategies, It concerns each of negative screening strategy positive screening strategy engagement and voting strategy; The study found that socially responsible investment funds blend several strategies to succeed in reorienting corporate behaviour in favor of responsible practices, and the choice of such blending is linked to the geographical area and the type of sector targeted.
