استراتيجيات دولة الجزائر لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة : واقع وتحديات

Résumé: ملخص : إن الرهان الوطني والإقليمي وحتى الدولي الذي شغل إهتمام صناع القرار، يكمن في كيفية إستعمال الموارد المتاحة بطريقة مستديمة بدلا من إستعمالها بالطريقة التقليدية السابقة، وذلك بقصد ضمان بقائها على الأمد المتوسط والطويل. إذ يعتبر نموذج التنمية المستدامة أحدث وأبرز ما توصلت إليه النماذج التنموية التي غالبا ما تحرص على النمو الاقتصادي الذي يكون على حساب متغيرات أخرى كالبيئة والتنوع البيولوجي مثلا، عكس نموذج التنمية المستدامة الذي يوفق بين العنصر الاجتماعي- البشري والاقتصادي - التكنولوجي وكذا البيئي والطبيعي. فالجزائر كباقي الدول النامية ورثت هيكلا اقتصاديا هشا من المستعمر مما جعلها تصدر قوانين ومراسيم لتنظيم مختلف نشاطاتها كدولة. هذا ما جعلنا في محاولة لتقصي الإنجازات التي اعترت مسيرة الجزائر الاقتصادية التنموية. وذلك بوضع استراتيجيات الهدف منها أو في مجملها الوصول إلى تحقيق تنمية مستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية : إقتصاد التنمية، التنمية المستدامة، إقتصاد البيئة، التنمية الريفية. Summary: The betting national, regional and even international, who has held the attention of decision-makers, lies in how to use the available resources in a sustainable manner rather than be used in the traditional manner prior, in order to ensure its survival in the medium term and long term. It is a model of sustainable development, the latest and most prominent of the art models of development that are often keen to economic growth, which will be at the expense of other variables such as the environment and biodiversity, for example, reverse model of sustainable development that reconciles social element - human and economic - technological, as well as environmental and natural. Algeria is just like any other developing countries and fragile economic structure inherited from the colonial power, making it issued laws and decrees to regulate various activities as a state. This is what made us in an attempt to investigate the achievements that have occurred in the process of economic development of Algeria.
