دور الدولة في دعم تطبيق نظم إدارة البيئة لتحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية

Résumé: في ظل التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وجب على هذه الأخيرة ضرورة السعي المستمر لتحسين أدائها، و ذلك دون إهمال متطلبات الحفاظ على البيئة، و قد اتجهت الإدارة المعاصرة للبحث عن السبل التي تساعدها على الموازنة بين الهدفين، حيث اهتدت الى نظم إدارة البيئة، كوسيلة تمكنها من تحسين أداءها الاقتصادي و كإطار يجسد مدى احترام المؤسسة لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية؛ و يكون تطبيق هذه النظم اختياريا في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، و يصبح إجباريا في حالة تعامل هذه الأخيرة مع الأسواق الخارجية،و يعتمد نجاح تطبيق نظم إدارة البيئة على قدرات المؤسسةو طموح القيادة الإدارية فيها، إضافة الى الدور الذي تقوم به الدولة لدعم تطبيق هذه النظم Economic enterprises suffer from various challenges, so its must improves their performance to cope with such circumstances without neglecting the requirements of preservation of the environment. Therefore, the contemporary administration headed for seeking new ways to held it achieving the two goals, where it guided to the Environmental management systems, as a means to enable them to improve their economic performance and as a framework which embodies the respect of social responsibility The application of these systems are optional in economic enterprises, and become obligatory when this enterprise deal with foreign markets. The successful implementation of environmental management systems depended to the capabilities of the enterprises and ambitious of administration leadership , without neglecting the support provided by the state.
