الاستثمار السياحي كخيار إستراتيجي لتفعيل التنويع الاقتصادي -حالة الجزائر-

Résumé: يعتبر موضوع التنويع الاقتصادي من أهم من المواضيع التي شغلت و لا تزال تشغل المجتمع بمستوياته المختلفة ( الاقتصادي، الإداري، الاجتماعي...) و على مستوى جميع القطاعات، و مؤخرا تعد الجزائر إحدى الدول التي تبنت المصطلح و ذلك بغيت التخلص من سياسة الاعتماد على الريع البترولي التي بقيت حبيسة و رهينة لتقلباته لسنوات عديدة ، و من بين الإصلاحات و الاهتمامات المشهودة التي بادرة الدولة للقيام بها في سبيل مواجهة الأزمة و تحقيق الإقلاع و تفادي تكرار سيناريوهات التسعينات ، تشجيع الاستثمار في القطاع السياحي كأحد مرتكزات التنويع الاقتصادي. Abstract : An issue of economic diversification of the most important of issues which has been and remains in the community at various levels (economic, administrative, social.) and across all sectors, most recently, Algeria is one of the states that adopted the term and that bgit disposal of the policy of dependence on petroleum rents that have remained locked and held hostage to volatility for many years, among the reforms and concerns that remarkable sign of the state to do in order to face the crisis and for take-off and avoid a repeat of the scenarios of the nineties, scenarios encourage investment in the tourism sector as a tenet of economic diversification.
