تعامل الدولة النيجيرية مع تداعيات التدهور البيئي الناجم عن استغلال النفط في دلتا النيجر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز تعامل الدولة النيجيرية مع أزمة دلتا النيجر، والمشاكل الأمنية والبيئية التي أفرزها التدهور البيئي في المنطقة، وقد تبين أن الدولة النيجيرية في سعيها لحل أزمة دلتا النيجر، تعاملت من خلال بعدين، بعد أمني تقليدي يركز على اتباع الحل العسكري وفرض منطق القوة، وبعد أمني جديد بعد التحول الديمقراطي الذي شهدته نيجيريا، من خلال تركيزها على محاولة تنمية المنطقة وتحسين معيشة السكان، لكن ورغم كل المحاولات لم تستطع نيجيريا حل هذه الأزمة نهائيا وهو ما يستوجب عليها انتهاج حوار شامل مع شعوب المنطقة لمعرفة الأسباب الحقيقية للأزمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: أزمة دلتا النيجر، التدهور البيئي، الدولة النيجيرية، الأبعاد الأمنية. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the Nigerian state's handling of the Niger Delta crisis, and the security and environmental problems that have resulted from environmental degradation in the region. Strength, and a new security dimension after the democratic transformation in Nigeria, through its focus on trying to develop the region and improve the population's livelihood, but despite all attempts, Nigeria has not been able to completely solve this crisis, which requires it to pursue a comprehensive dialogue with the peoples of the region to find out the real causes of the crisis.
