الأمن الهوياتي: دراسة في جدلية العلاقة بين مفهومي الأمن والهوية.

Résumé: يحاول الباحث في هذا المقال تقديم طريقتين رئيسيتين لمعالجة مسألة العلاقة الجدلية بين مفهومي الأمن والهوية، الأول يحاول تتبع تطور المفهومين في حقل العلاقات الدولية من خلال مختلف المقاربات النظرية لهذا الحقل، والثانية تحاول ربط تصورات التهديد ومفاهيم الأمن بتعريف الهوية. من هنا، يذهب المقال إلى معالجة نمطين من المقاربات النظرية في العلاقات الدولية وكيفية معالجتها للموضوع، الأولى هي "المقاربات الأصيلة" والتي تتبنى مفهوما ستاتيكيا للهوية، والثانية "المقاربات البديلة" والتي ترى أن العلاقة بين الأمن والهوية علاقة مرنة. In this article the researcher begin by presenting the two main ways of handling the dialectical question of the relationship between security and identity. The first one shows the developement of the two concepts using the main theoretical approaches of international relations.The second try to links threat perceptions and conceptions of security with the definition of identity. The article then examines tow types of theoretical approaches toward this question : the authentic one, which proposes an essentialist, rather static concept of identity ; and the alternative approaches, which see the relationship as very malleable.
