إشكالية نظام الدولة عند توما الإكويني
Résumé: إن الدولة هي من أهم الدراسات السياسية التي مرت عبر العصور، حيث إهتم بها العديد من الفلاسفة و المفكرين، بداياتها كانت مع فلاسفة اليونان أمثال أفلاطون و أرسطو الذين أطلقوا عليها إسم مدينة الدولة لكنها ظهرت بعد ذلك عند الفلاسفة و المفكرين المسيحيين، حيث إهتموا بدراسة العلاقة بين الدولة و الكنيسة أي السلطة الزمنية التي تمثلها الدولة و السلطة الدينية التي تمثلها الكنيسة. فمن بين الفلاسفة الذين إهتموا و بحثوا في مشكلة الدولة في العصور الوسطى نجد القديس توما الإكويني الذي حاول أن يفسر و يوضح مفهوم الدولة و النظام الذي كان يحكمها في الحقبة الوسيطية آن ذاك . The state is one of the most important passed through the ages where many philosophers and thinkers interested in it its beginnings were with greek philosophers such as plato and Aristotle, who called it the city of the state but then it appeared among christian philosophers and thinkers where they were interested in studying the relationship between the state and the church, that is, the temporal authority reprensented by the state and the religious authority represented by the church. Among the philosophers who concerned and researched the problem of the state in the middle ages, we find saint thomas aquinas, who tried to explain and clarify the concept of the state and the system that governed it in the medieval era.
