دور القيادة التحويلية في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة دراسة ميدانية في شركة بيات كاترينغ – حاسي مسعود
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور و تأثير القيادة التحويلية من خلال أبعادها في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في شركة بيات كاترينغ بحاسي مسعود. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع, كما تم الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة الميدانية من خلال الملاحظة العلمية ,والوثائق الرسمية, والمقابلة الشخصية,والاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 21 . توصلنا من خلال الجانب النظري إلى أن القيادة التحويلية عبارة عن قيادة أخلاقية ملهمة ومؤثرة ،وفق رؤية مستقبلية ينقل من خلالها القائد ،المحيطين به إلى أعلى مستويات التعاون والمشاركة ويحولهم إلى قادة وبدوره يؤثر هذا النمط من القيادة في إدارة الجودة الشاملة التي تمثل فلسفة التميز في أداء المنظمة من خلال التحسين المستمر والاهتمام بالعميل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية جيدة ذات دلالة إحصائية للقيادة التحويلية من خلال أبعادها (التأثير المثالي ،الحافز الإلهامي ،الاستثارة الفكرية ،الاعتبار الفردي ) في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بأبعادها (التزام الإدارة العليا ،التركيز على العميل ،مشاركة العاملين ،التحسين المستمر ،العمليات ) This study aims to know the role and impact of transformational leadership through its dimensions in the application of total quality management in the Bayat Catering Company in Hassi Messaoud. The descriptive and analytical approach was used to study the topic, and the field case study was relied upon through scientific observation, official documents, personal interview, questionnaire and its statistical treatment by the SPSS program version 21. We have concluded through the theoretical side that transformational leadership is an inspiring and influential ethical leadership, according to a future vision through which the leader around him moves to the highest levels of cooperation and participation and turns them into leaders. In turn, this style of leadership affects Total Quality Management, which represents the philosophy of excellence in Organization performance through continuous improvement and customer concern. The study concluded that there is a good statistically significant positive correlation relationship for transformational leadership through its dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual arousal, individual consideration) in the application of TQM with its dimensions (commitment of senior management, focus on the customer, employee participation, continuous improvement, Processes )
