إعادة الهندسة كمدخل لتحقيق المرونة الإستراتيجية بالمؤسسات الصناعية دراسة حالة: المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن بولاية سوق أهراس

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لتقييم دور أسلوب إعادة الهندسة في تحقيق المرونة الإستراتيجية في المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن وحدة سوق أهراس، حيث تم استعمال أداة الاستبيان و التحليل اعتمادا على البرنامج الإحصائي Spss.تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج مفادها أن إعادة الهندسة كأحد أساليب التغيير التنظيمي يساهم في تحقيق التكيف والتلاؤم مع المستجدات الخارجية وتحديات المنافسة ومنه تفعيل المرونة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of re-engineering method in achieving the strategic flexibility in national institution of paint unit of Souk Ahras, in order to achieve this we used the questionnaire as a tool and the analysis was based on the statistical program SPSS. The study concluded that the re-engineering as one of the methods of organizational change contributes adapting to external developments and the challenges of competition, which enhance the strategic flexibility of industrial organization under study.
