تكييف مخرجات قطاع التعليم العالي مع سوق الشغل في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز مستويات وأوجه العلاقة الوثيقة بين التعليم العالي وسوق الشغل في الجزائر، وواقعها، وتفعيل روابطها لتحقيق الأهداف التنموية المعتمدة. كما تهدف إلى التأكيد على ضرورة تطوير التعليم العالي، مع المحافظة على الهوية الثقافية للمجتمع الجزائري، ووضع بعض المقترحات لتطوير مضمونه بما يستجيب لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة في ضوء التحديات والمستجدات المعاصرة. This paper aims to highlight the levels and aspects of the close relationship between higher education and the labor market in Algeria, its reality, and activating its links to achieve the approved development goals. It also aims to emphasize the need to develop higher education, while preserving the cultural identity of Algerian society, and to put forward some proposals to develop its content in a way that responds to the requirements of sustainable development in light of contemporary challenges and developments.
