الحماية القانونية لأسري الحرب و دور اللجنة الدولية للصليب الاحمر في حمايته

Résumé: يعتبر القانون الدولي الإنساني حامي حقوق الفرد خلال النزاعات المسلحة الدولية وغير الدولية، ويعتبر الأسير الحلقة الأضعف في النزاع المسلح إذ يلزم بتجريد من سلاحه لذا منح المجتمع الدولي الحماية القانونية الواجبة من خلال الاتفاقيات الدولية من اتفاقية لاهاي عام 1907، واتفاقيات جنيف لعام 1929 وجنيف الثالثة لعام 1949 الخاصة بحماية الأسرى وكذا البروتوكول الإضافي الأول لعام 1977، وأهم الحقوق المكفولة للأسير من خلال فترة الأسر، وما قامت به اللجنة الدولية من أجل حماية ومساعدة الأسرى في التواصل والحد من المفقودين وذلك باستحداثها لمركز المعلومات الخاصة بالأسرى، وكذا إعادة شمل الأسر والعمل الرقابي والوقائي التي تقوم به من أجل الأسير. International humanitarian law is the guardian of the rights of the individual during international and non-international armed conflicts. The prisoner is considered the weakest link in the armed conflict and requires the disarming of the weapon.
