أحكام صندوق النفقة المستحدث في التشريع الجزائري - دراسة مقارنة-

Résumé: لصندوق النفقة في تجسيد التضامن الأسري، وتعزيز التكافل الاجتماعي، من خلال تأمين وتيرة أسرع لصرف النفقات المثبتة بالسندات القضائية لفائدة المطلقات والمحضونين. ويتغيا البحث ذلك عبر بيان المعايير الناظمة لعمل الصندوق، وآليات الاستفادة من جراياته المادية، مع بيان لأهم الأحكام المالية المتعلقة به. Abstract The purpose of this research aims to study the effectiveness of the Algerian legislation of fund of alimentary pension in achieving family solidarity, And to promote the social solidarity, by providing the expenses included in judicial decisions for the benefit of divorced women, and children under guardianship. Also, The study looking to clarify the rules governing the work of the Fund, and the mechanisms for receiving its assistance, and its financial regimes.
