Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم السياحة بشكل عام ثم التطرق إلى السياحة في الجزائر بغرض تحديد المقومات التي تتمتع بها الجزائر والتي تجعل منها وجهة سياحية هامة. بالإضافة إلى محاولة تشخيص القطاع السياحي في الجزائر من خلال تقييم إسهامه كبديل اقتصادي للنهوض بالاقتصاد الجزائري من خلال بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية، والتطرق إلى مخططات وآليات النهوض بالسياحة في الجزائر في ظل المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية أفاق 2030. Abstract: This study aims to identify the concept of tourism in general and then address tourism in Algeria in order to determine the components that Algeria enjoys that make it an important tourist destination. In addition to trying to diagnosis the reality of the tourism sector in Algeria by evaluating its contribution as an economic alternative to the advancement of the algerian national economy through some economic indicators, and addressing the plans and mechanisms for promoting tourism in Algeria under the plan of tourism initialization 2030.
