الحوكمة البيئية ودورها في تعزيز التنمية الزراعية المستدامة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم الحوكمة البيئية والمتغيرات التي فرضت تبنيها، مع توضيح أبرز المشكلات البيئية، وكذا استعراض أهم استراتيجيات وتدابير الحوكمة البيئية المطلوبة للمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية الراهنة، ولقد توصلت الدراسة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المشكلات والاختلالات البيئية خاصة التلوث البيئي أثر بشكل كبير على الكائنات الحية، وعلى رأسها الإنسان والنبات، وأن تكريس معايير وقيم الحوكمة البيئية من شأنها المساهمة في التقليل من حدة تلك المشكلات البيئية والزراعية. This study aims to define the concept of environmental governance and the variables that forced its adoption, with an explanation of the most prominent environmental problems, as well as a review of the most important environmental governance strategies and measures required to contribute to achieving sustainable agricultural development in light of the current economic challenges. The study concluded that environmental problems and imbalances, especially environmental pollution, had a significant impact on living organisms, primarily humans and plants, and that the establishment of environmental governance standards and values would contribute to reducing the severity of these environmental and agricultural problems.
