أثر جودة التقارير المالية على قيمة الشركات المدرجة في بوصة فلسطين باستخدام نموذج (tobin’s Q)

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر جودة التقارير المالية على قيمة الشركات المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين, من خلال دراسة القوائم المالية السنوية للشركات, واستخدمت الباحثة النماذج الملاءمة لتحقيق الهدف ومنها مقياس (Easton and Harris,1991) لقياس ملاءمة التقارير المالية, ومقياس (Adediran, Alade and Oshode ,2013) لقياس موثوقية التقارير المالية, ومقياس (Tobin’s q) لقياس قيمة الشركات, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد أثر لجودة التقارير المالية على قيمة الشركات المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين, وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفر خاصيتي الملاءمة والموثوقية في المعلومات المحاسبية الواردة في التقارير المالية لكي تلبي احتياجات مستخدميها. Abstract:This study aims at Identifying the Impact of Quality Financial Reporting on value for companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange. Through Study the Annual Financial Statements for companies, The researcher used of models to achieve the objective, including ( Easton and Harris, 1991) for the relevance of financial reports, and the measurement (Adediran, alade and Oshode, 2013) for the Reliability of financial reports, and the measurement of (Tobin’s q) to measure the value of Company. The study reached There is no effect of the quality of financial reports on the value of companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange, the study recommended The necessity of having the relevance and reliability features in the accounting information mentioned in the financial reports in order to meet the needs of its users.
