اجراءات التقاضي للفصل في النزاعات الدولية أمام محكمة العدل الدولية

Résumé: يهدف موضوع اجراءات المحاكمة أمام محكمة العدل الدولية إلى تبيان اجراءات التقاضي الواجب اتباعها أمام هذه الجهة القضائية الدولية، باعتبارها الجهاز القضائي المختص في الفصل طبقا لأحكام القانون الدولي في المنازعات القانونية التي تنشأ بين الدول، وتقدم أراء استشارية في مسائل قانونية التي قد تحيلها اليها المنظمات الدولية، وهذا طبقا للنظام الأساسي لمحكمة العدل الدولية، ولهذا تم التطرق الى دراسة اجراءت رفع الدعوى وتدخل الغير أمام محكمة العدل الدولية بالاضافة الى دراسة الأحكام و الأراء الصادرة عنها مع تبيان اشكالية تنفيذها . :AbSTRACT Aim to theme procedures before court justice international to me clarifacation procedures litigation home work follow it before the side judicial international specialist in the classroom according to tighten law international in disputes legal that arise between countries , as such progress opinions advisory in issues legal that may be forward it to her organization international ant this is according to system the main court justice international.and for this it was completed touching to me study procedures upload suit and enter the others before court justice international .plus to me study judgments and opinions outgoing about her with clarification proplem implemented
