تقلبات أسعار صرف الأورو والدولار وانعكاساتها على الاقتصاد الجزائري للفترة (1999-2017)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقلبات أسعار صرف الأورو والدولار خلال الفترة (1999-2017) وأثرها على الاقتصاد الجزائري. وقد توصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة عكسية بين سعر صرف الدولار مقابل الأورو ورصيد الميزان التجاري، وكلما ارتفع سعر صرف الدولار مقابل الأورو ينخفض احتياطي الصرف الأجنبي، أما علاقة سعر صرف الدولار مقابل الأورو مع سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري مقابل الأورو فكانت طردية للفترة (2001-2008)، وعكسية خلال الفترة (2009-2017) أي كلما ارتفع سعر صرف الدولار مقابل الأورو انخفض سعر صرف الدينار مقابل الدولار. This study aims to identify the fluctuations in the euro and US dollar exchange during the period (1999-2017), and their impact on the Algerian economy. The study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between the exchange rate of the Dollar against the euro and the balance of trade, and the higher the dollar exchange rate against the euro, the lower the foreign exchange reserve. The relationship of the dollar exchange rate against the euro with the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar against the euro was positive in the period (2001-2008), whereas it is inverse relationship during the period (2009-2017).
