معوقات تطور اللغات الأجنبية في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية من وجهة نظر أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بمدينة تلمسان

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة معوقات تطور اللغات الأجنبية في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية، ولإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة تم بناء وتطبيق أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في استبيان معوقات تطور اللغات الأجنبية على عينة من أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط البالغ عددهم (60) أستاذا بمدينة تلمسان تم اختيارهم بطريقة القصدية اللاعشوائية، وبإتباع خطوات المنهج الوصفي، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية تم توصل إلى أن أهم المعوقات تمثلت في: كثافة المحتوى مقارنة مع الوقت المخصص للتدريس، غياب توظيف الأستاذ لطرق واستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة، قلة استخدام الحوار والمحاكاة في الأنشطة التعليمية، قلة التواصل باللغات الأجنبية داخل المجتمع الذي ينتمي إليه التلميذ، كما خلصت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق بين استجابات أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية واللغة الإنجليزية نحو معوقات تطور اللغات الأجنبية. The current study aimed to find out the obstacles to the development of foreign languages in the Algerian educational system, In order to answer the questions of the study, the study tool of the questionnaire on the obstacles to the development of foreign languages was built and applied to a sample of the professors of the middle Education stage of (60) professors in Tlemcen were selected in a non-random intentional manner, Following the steps of the descriptive method, After statistical analysis, it was found that the most important obstacles to the development of foreign languages were: The intensity of the content compared to the time allotted for teaching, the absence of the professor's use of modern teaching methods and strategies, the lack of use of dialogue and simulation in educational activities, the lack of communication in foreign languages within the community to which the student belongs, The findings also found that there were no differences between French and English teachers responses to foreign language development barriers.
