اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين الجزائريين نحو الثقة التنظيمية
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الراهنة للبحث في اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين الجزائريين نحو الثقة التنظيمية، وكذا اختبار أثر المتغيرات الديمغرافية على اتجاهاتهم نحوها. حيث تم تطبيق استبيان من 05 أسئلة ديمغرافية و36 بندا تقيس 03 أبعاد للثقة تراوح ثباتها بين 0.946 و0.972، على 269 أستاذا جامعيا. وقد تحققت فرضية واحدة من بين الثلاثة فرضيات الجزئية، وهي تلك المتعلقة بوجود اتجاه ايجابي نحو الثقة في المشرف، بينما لم تتحقق الفرضيتان الباقيتان. We seek, through the present study, to investigate the attitudes of Algerian university teachers towards organizational trust, as well as to test the effect of demographic variables on their attitudes towards organizational trust. A questionnaire of 05 demographic questions and 36 items measuring 03 dimensions of confidence, with a reliability between 0.946 and 0.972, was applied to 269 university teachers. Among the three partial hypotheses, one hypothesis was debased, which is related to the existence of a positive tendency to trust in the supervisor, while the two remaining hypotheses were not valid. The differences were statistically significant.
