اثر تقلبات أسعار الصرف على أداء المالي للبنوك التجارية دراسة حالة البنك الجزائر الخارجي (bea) وكالة ورقلة خلال الفترة 2005 - 2014

Résumé: من خلال هذه البحث نهدف إلى دراسة أثر تغيرات أسعار الصرف على أداء المالي للبنوك التجارية، والبنك الجزائر الخارجي كعينة لهذه الدراسة، ولمعرفة وضعه المالية نم استخدام مؤشرات العائد على حقوق الملكية ومؤشرات العائد على الأصول، ولدراسة المتغيرات قمنا بتطبيق نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط على معطيات بنك الجزائر الخارجي خلال فترة الدراسة الممتدة من سنة 2005 إلى 2014. ولمعالجة إشكالية الموضوع واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن نظام المصرفي الجزائري هو نظام صرف ثابت، بحيث تم تقيد قيمة الدينار الجزائري بسلة من العملات الأجنبية وأهمها الدولار والأورو، وذلك من أجل مواكبة التغيرات الحاصلة في أسعار الصرف وتطوير الجهاز المصرفي. Through this research we aim to study the impact of changes in exchange rates on commercial banks, the Bank of Algeria external performance as a sample for this study, learn and put financial growth using indicators ROE and indicators of return on assets, the Crown study variables have applied simple linear regression on the data bank model Algeria outside during the study period extended from 2005 to 2014. To address the problem of the subject and test hypotheses have been relying on the historical and experimental method in the study as well as indicators and financial ratios and the study concluded that the Algerian banking system is a fixed exchange rate system, so that was credited the value of the Algerian dinar Lerwick in foreign currency and the most important of the dollar and the Euro, in order to keep pace with changes in the exchange rates and the development of the banking system.
