منظومة المقاولاتية في الجزائر

Résumé: يهدف المقال إلى دراسة على واقع المقاولاتية في الجــــزائر، من خلال تطرق إلى منظومة المؤسسات الصغيـــرة و المتوسطة، وتسليط الضوء على آليات التمويل المصغر سواء كـــانت مباشرة (ANSEJ, ANGEM, CNAC) أو غير مباشرة (صندوق ضمان القروض)، التي تم وضعها من طرف الدولة الجزائرية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى نظام المحاضن ، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطور المقاولاتية لا يرتبط فقط بأداء هيئات وبرامج الدعم ولكن كذلك بمدى توفر روح وثقافة المقاولة لدى المجتمع والتي ما يلاحظ عليها في الجزائر هو انخفاض مستواها. The objective of the article is to identify the reality of entrepreneurship in Algeria by diagnosing the system of small and medium enterprises, and to highlight the mechanisms of microfinance whether direct (ANSEJ, ANGEM, CNAC) or indirectly (Loan Guarantee Fund), which was developed by the state Algerian economic and social development, as well as the system of incubators.
