Classification Of Medical Images Using Deep Learning

Résumé: "يعد سرطان الدم من أخطر الأمراض في العالم . تزيد إمكانية الشفاء من هذا المرض كلما إكتشفناه مبكرا، لكن إكتشاف هذا المرض في وقت مبكر هو أمر صعب للغاية لأن تحديد الخلايا الخبيثة من الخلايا الطبيعية باستخدام الصور المجهرية أمر صعب لأن الخلايا الخبيثة تشبه شكليا لحد كبير الخلايا الطبيعية . التعلم العميق هو أحد تقنيات الذكاء الصناعي و التعلم الآلي التي يمكنها تعليم أجهزة الكمبيوتر لتتعلم ما يتعلمه البشر بشكل طبيعي. حقق التعلم العميق نجاحات كبيرة في العديد من المجالات في العالم الحقيقي، كما أثبت نجاحه في حل بعض المشاكل المتعلقة بالتصوير الطبي، حيث حقق دقة عالية ونتائج مبهرة في حل العديد من المشاكل مثل تصنيف الصور الطبية و التعرف على الكائنات.""Blood cancer is one of the most serious diseases in the world. Early detection of this disease ensures better curative. The early discovery of this disease is very difficult because the identification of malignant white blood cells vis-à-vis normal white blood cells from the microscopic images is difficult because morphologically both cells types appear similar. Deep learning is a machine learning technique that teaches computers to do what comes naturally to humans learn by example. In the last few years, Deep learning has achieved great successes in several areas in the real world. It has also proven successful in medical imaging, where it achieved high accuracy in many problems such as medical image classification, object detection, localization and segmentation. In this work, we use a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to Classify a malignant white blood cells from normal white blood cells based on microscopic images."
