أهمية الأصول المعرفية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال تقارير التنمية البشرية للأمم المتحدة.

Résumé: في نهاية القرن الماضي تبنت الأمم المتحدة مفهوم التنمية المستدامة، هي تنمية تتخطى زيادة الدخل إلى توسيع خيارات الإنسان من خلال تعزيز حقوقه وحرياته، وتمكينه من عيش حياة مديدة وصحية ومبدعة، كما تحولت المعرفة إلى مورد أساسي وقوة حقيقية في الإدارة والاقتصاد، بفضل الاستخدام الواسع للمعرفة والعلم وما أفرزاه من تقنيات متقدمة في الحاسوب والانترنت وغيرها... تهدف الدراسة لتوضيح أهمية الأصول المعرفية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وفق ما تضمنته تقارير التنمية البشرية لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الانمائي. اهم ما توصلت اليه الدراسة أنه منذ الاعتماد الرسمي لمصطلح التنمية المستدامة، عمدت الأمم المتحدة الى نشر تقارير سنوية للتنمية البشرية لتقييم أوضاع البشر عبرى العالم واقتراح الحلول لتحقيق التنمية. كما تبين من خلال التقارير الصادرة منذ عام 2000 أن تحقيق التنمية البشرية المستدامة لا يحتاج الى أصول مادية ومالية بقدر ما يحتاج الى توفر الأصول المعرفية. Abstract : At the end of the last century, the United Nations adopted the concept of sustainable development, which is a development that goes beyond increasing income to expanding human choices by strengthening their rights and freedoms, and enabling them to lead a long, healthy and creative life; Knowledge has also turned into a basic resource and a real power in management and economics, thanks to the wide use of knowledge, science and the advanced technologies that have resulted in computers, the Internet and others .. The study aims to clarify the importance of knowledge assets in achieving sustainable development, according to what was included in the human development reports of the United Nations Development Program. The most important finding of the study is that since the official adoption of the term sustainable development, the UN has published annual reports on human development to assess human conditions across the world and suggest solutions to achieve development. It was also evident in the reports issued since the year 2000 that achieving sustainable human development does not require physical and financial assets as much as knowledge assets are needed.
