محددات توجه العنصر النسوي نحو الفعل المقاولاتي فسي الجزائر - ولاية سطيف نموذجا-

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة استعراض أهم المحددات المقاولاتية ومدى تأثيرها على توجه المرأة نحو ممارسة الفعل المقاولاتي في الجزائر. للوقوف على تحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم إجراء دراسة وصفية ميدانية قائمة على منهج دراسة الحالة والمقابلة المقننة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها 25 مفردة من النساء المقاولات بولاية سطيف نموذجا. خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم توفّر المرأة على الخصائص الكاريزمية التي يتطلبها الفعل المقاولاتي، وما تبذله الدولة من مجهودات لدعم المشاريع المقاولاتية النسوية، إلا أنها تقف عاجزة عن التوجه نحو ممارسة الفعل المقاولاتي أمام إشكاليات تتعلق بالتمويل والتسويق لمنتجاتها،إلى جانب ما تفرضه البيئة الثقافية والاجتماعية المحيطة بها من قيود تحول دون قدرتها على تنمية مشاريعها أو استمراريتها في كثير من الأحيان. The following study aims to review the most important determinants of entrepreneurship that affect women's orientation towards entrepreneurship in Algeria.To achieve these goals, a descriptive field study is conducted based on the case study method and the structured interview as a tool for data collection, as it was applied to a sample of 25 female entrepreneurs in Setif city as a model. The study concluded that despite the fact that women have the charismatic characteristics required by the entrepreneurial act, and the state’s efforts to support women’s entrepreneurial projects, they are unable to move towards the practice of entrepreneurial action due to problems related to financing and marketing their products.In addition to the restrictions imposed by the surrounding cultural and social environment that prevent its ability to develop or sustain its projects in many cases.
