حماية الصحة العمومية في الجزائرخلال جائحة فيروس كورونا( كوفيد-19)

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر جائحة كورونا وباء صحي عالمي ينتشر في وقت وجيز كما حدده بعض العلماء، مما أثر على حياة الشعوب في عديد من الدول والذي أدى إلى اتخاذ مجموعة من القرارات والإجراءات الاحترازية والوقائية. وبما أن الجزائر تضررت من هذا الوباء العالمي كان لابد لها أن تتحرك بصفة سريعة ، لأجل ذلك تم إعلان حالة طوارئ صحية وهي تدبير استثنائي لا يتوقف على مجرد ضمان الأمن الصحي ، بل يتعداه إلى كل ما له علاقة بالصحة العامة سواء على المستوى المحلي أو الإقليمي أو الدولي. سنقوم من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية بتعريف الصحة العامة ودواعي إعلان حالة الطوارئ الصحية لنتطرق بعدها إلى التدابير التي اتخذتها الجزائر لمواجهة فيروس كورونا المستجد. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحة العامة، حالة الطوارئ الصحية، الحجر المنزلي، فيروس كورونا ، جائحة. Abstract: Corona pandemic is considered a global health epidemic that is spreading in a short time as defined by some scientists, which affected the lives of people in many countries, which led to the adoption of a set of precautionary and preventive measures. And since Algeria was affected by this global epidemic, it had to move quickly. For this reason, a state of health emergency was declared and it is an exceptional measure that does not depend on merely ensuring health security, but goes beyond it to everything related to public health, whether at the local or regional level or international.
