التجربة الجزائرية في مجال القنوات الفضائية المتخصصة – دراسة تقويمية The Algerian Experience In The Field Of Private Satellite Channel

Résumé: تعد القنوات المتخصصة أحد مظاهر التطور الذي برز مؤخرا في المؤسسات التلفزيونية الفضائية العالمية عامة والعربية والجزائرية خاصة ؛حيث يستهدف هذا النمط الإعلامي المتخصص قطاعات محددة من الجماهير محاولة تلبية احتياجاتها المختلفة. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عرض وتقييم التجربة الجزائرية في مجال التلفزيون الفضائي من خلال القنوات المتخصصة واقعها ونشأتها مع تقديم نماذج منها ؛كما تحاول الورقة البحثية التعرض للمشكلات التي تواجه هذه المنظومة الإعلامية محليا؛ للخروج في نهاية المطاف إلى تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات كرؤية مستقبلية لتفعيل أداء القنوات الفضائية المتخصصة في الجزائر. The specialized channels, a manifestation of the recent evolution has emerged in the private and public Arab and Algerian global satellite television institutions; the purpose of this media-style specialist specific sectors of the public to try to meet different needs. This paper aims to demonstrate and evaluate the Algerian experience in the field of satellite television through specialized channels: reality and origins while providing models of them; as the research paper is trying to exposure to the problems facing this media system locally; to come out in the end to provide a set of recommendations for future as a vision to activate the performance of the satellite channels specialized in Algeria.
