دراسة تحليلية قياسية لأثر الاستدامة المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2020-2000

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل أثر مؤشرات الاستدامة المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2000 و2020، وللوصول لهدف الدراسة اعتمدنا على بيانات الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي كمؤشر على النمو الاقتصادي ونسبة الدين العام إلى الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمؤشر على الاستدامة المالية وعلى تقنيات السلاسل الزمنية من خلال استخدام اختبار ديكي فولر المطور لاختبار استقراريه متغيرات الدراسة، واستخدام اختبار منهج الحدود للتكامل المشترك لاختبار وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات وفي الأخير تقدير نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين الاستدامة المالية والنمو الاقتصادي، وان للاستدامة المالية (نسبة الدين العام إلى الناتج المحلي الإجمالي) أثر عكسي على النمو الاقتصادي. The study aims to measuring and analyzing the impact of financial sustainability indicators on economic growth in Algeria for the period (2000-2020), and the reach the goal of the study we adopted on databases of Real GDP data as an indicator of economic growth and the public debt-to-GDP ratio as an indicator of financial sustainability and Time series techniques through the use of both Dicky Fuller augmented test and Philips Perron to test the stability of study variables, and utilization Bound Testing Approach for co_integeation to test for a long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables, and in the last estimate autoregressive model for distributed time gaps(ARDL). The results revealed slots long _term between financial sustainability indicators and economic growth, and financial sustainability (public debt-to-GDP ratio) has a negative impact on economic growth
