استغلال وظيفة أغا العرب في بداية الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر 1830-1845م

Résumé: اعتمد الفرنسيون في بسط سيطرتهم على الجزائر على التشريع والتنظير لمختلف المجالات من جهة وعلى بعض الوسائل الأخرى من جهة أخرى التي ميزها لجوء السلطة الاستعمارية إلى المحافظة على بعض الوظائف الإدارية العثمانية التي أقرها النظام الإداري السابق في إيالة الجزائر خلال الفترة العثمانية وعملت على تطويرها كلما سمحت لها الظروف بذلك وعليه فلقد ظهر جهاز إداري مكون من بعض الوظائف الإدارية العثمانية في النظام الإداري الاستعماري في الجزائر عامة وهو ما سيكون محور الدراسة في هذا المقال. كان من أهم الوظائف الإدارية التي حافظت عليها السلطات الاستعمارية في الجزائر من النظام الإداري العثماني لإيالة لجزائر هي وظيفة أغا العرب، حيث تولى أصحابها القيام بمجموعة من المهام لمصلحة الاستعمار الفرنسي في الجزائر. In extending their control over Algeria, the French relied on legislation and theorization of various fields on the one hand, and on some other means on the other hand, which was characterized by the colonial authority’s resort to preserving some of the Ottoman administrative functions approved by the previous administrative system in the province of Algeria during the Ottoman period and worked to develop them whenever it was allowed Circumstances in this and accordingly, an administrative apparatus consisting of some Ottoman administrative functions appeared in the colonial administrative system in Algeria in general, which will be the focus of the study in this article. One of the most important administrative functions that the colonial authorities in Algeria maintained from the Ottoman administrative system of Eilat Algeria was the job of Agha al-Arab, where its owners assumed a set of tasks for the benefit of French colonialism in Algeria.
