نموذج التحليل (هيكل - سلوك - أداء ) في اختيار إستراتيجية المنافسة داخل القطاع الصناعي- دراسة تحليلية لمجمع صيدال لصناعة الدواء

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى التعرف على نوع الإستراتيجية التنافسية للمؤسسة صيدال في ظل تحليل الصناعة باستخدام نموذج هيكل سلوك أداء حيث تم التعرف على تركز هيكل الصناعة الدوائية و معرفة درجة التكامل العمودي لدى المجمع الدوائي صيدال و تمييز المنتجات و عوائق الدخول للصناعة وصولا إلى إستراتيجية ملائمة . و كشفت الدراسة أن سوق الصناعة الدوائية يتسم بالمنافسة الاحتكارية وأن الاستراتيجيات المتبعة هي استراتيجية قيادة التكلفة والتحالف الإستراتيجي. This research paper aims to identify the competitive strategy adopted by Saidal Pharmaceutical Company through a structural analysis of the industry using the Structure-Conduct-Performance (SCP) model. The study delves into the concentrated nature of the pharmaceutical industry, the degree of vertical integration within Saidal, product differentiation, and barriers to entry. Ultimately, the research seeks to determine the most suitable strategy for the company. Findings reveal that the pharmaceutical market is characterized by monopolistic competition. Saidal's competitive strategy is identified as a combination of cost leadership and strategic alliances.
