Résumé: يُعدُّ رأس المال الفكري اليوم المورد الاستراتيجي الأهم بالنسبة للمنظمات المعاصرة ، الذي تستطيع من خلاله التنافس والتعامل لاستغلال مواطن القوة ومواطن الضعف الأخرى ، ومواجهة التحديات وظروف البيئة المتغيرة ، ولاسيما المنافسة ذات الاتجاه المتصاعد ، ودوره في تحديد معالم التوجه المستقبلي للمؤسسات التعليم العالي . و سنحاول في هذه الدراسة تحليل رأس المال الفكري كأداة إستراتيجية مستقبلية مستمرة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ، وكمسرع لعملية وضع الإستراتيجية بشكل خاص مع تناول متطلبات تنمية رأس المال الفكري بالجامعات ، وكيفية المحافظة على الأصول الفكرية واستنهاض طاقاتها لزيادة مستوى المعرفة وتحقيق النجاح في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة ووفقا لمعايير الإيزو ISO Abstract : Today's intellectual capital is the most important strategic resource for contemporary organizations, through which they can compete and exploit other strengths and weaknesses, meet the challenges and changing environment conditions, especially the increasingly escalating competition, and its role in shaping the future direction of higher education institutions. In this study, we will attempt to analyze intellectual capital as a future strategic tool in higher education institutions and as a catalyst for the development of strategy in particular, while addressing the requirements of developing intellectual capital in universities, and how to reserve intellectual assets and increase their capacity to increase knowledge and achieve success.
