المسؤولية الاجتماعية كدعامة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة -دراسة حالة شركة كوندور-

Résumé: الملخص أصبحت منظمات الأعمال اليوم مطالبة بضرورة تحمل مسؤولياتها اتجاه البيئة ،والمجتمع لدعم التنمية المستدامة،من خلال حماية البيئة، وتوفير الصحة ،و السلامة ،و الأمن للمجتمع، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية وبضرورة إدماجها في مختلف المؤسسات عامة كانت ، أو خاصة لاسيما الاقتصادية منها، مع ضرورة الالتزام بها . و قد تم تدعيم الجزء النظري بدراسة حالة المسؤولية الاجتماعية على مستوى شركة "كوندور الكترونيكس "،وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ هذه الشركة من ضمن الشركات التي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار البيئة التّي تنشط فيها كما تسعى جاهدة إلى تحسين صورتها بشكل ايجابي لدى المجتمع بتجسيد المسؤولية الإجتماعية بمختلف الطرق ،والوسائل من خلال تبنّيها مثلا للمواصفات ISO 14000 وISO26000 ،وقيامها بنشاطات أخرى لهذا الغرض. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، التنمية المستدامة، شركة كوندور الكترونيكس تصنيف JEL: Q1,I1 ,I2 ABSTRCT Business organizations today are required to assume their responsibilities towards the environment and society to support sustainable development, by protecting the environment and providing health, safety and security for society. of them, with the need to adhere to them. The theoretical part was supported by a case study of social responsibility at the level of the company "Condor Electronics", and the study concluded that this company is among the companies that take into account the environment in which it is active and strive to improve its image in a positive way in the community by embodying social responsibility in various ways. And the means by, for example, adopting the specifications ISO 14000 and ISO 26000, and carrying out other activities for this purpose.
