Résumé: الملخص: يكشف المقال الحالي عن الجوانب المهمة المتعلقة بالعجز في التواصل و التفاعل الاجتماعي الذي يعاني منه الطفل المصاب باضطراب طيف التوحد ، بسبب القصور في نظرية العقل وفق مقاربة معرفية و ذلك من خلال الاجابة على التساؤلات الآتية : ماهـو مفهوم نظرية العقل؟ ماهي الميكانيزمات المعرفية المشاركة في نظرية العقل؟ الى اي مدى يؤثر القصور في نظرية العقل على الحياة الاجتماعية للطفل المصاب باضطراب طيف التوحد ؟ Abstract This article adopts a cognitive approach to explains the important aspects of the social communication deficit in children with ASD ,as well as the link between the deficit of theory of mind and autism, by answering the following questions: what is the definition of theory of mind ?What are the cognitive mechanisms of TOM? What are the repercussions of the deficit of TOM on the social life of the (ASD) ?
