الحماية الدولية للموارد والمنشآت المائية أثناء النزاعات المسلحة

Résumé: تعاني البشرية من ويلات وأضرار النزاعات المسلحة، ولم تتوقف تلك المعاناة عند حدود الإضرار بالإنسان وممتلكاته الشخصية بل امتدت إلى ممتلكات الدولة ومرافقها الحيوية ومنها موارد المياه والمنشآت المائية وهو ما قد يعرض حياة المدنيين للخطر، لذا اقتضى الأمر وضع قواعد ووسائل تكفل حماية هذه الموارد والمنشآت أثناء النزاعات المسلحة. Human suffering from the scourge of armed conflicts, the damage that suffering did not stop at the borders of personal and property damage to human beings, but also extended to the property of the State and the vital facilities, including water resources, water installations, which endangers the lives of civilians, so it is necessary to elaborate rules and means to ensure the protection of these resources and facilities during armed conflicts.
