واقع الخدمات المصرفية والأداء المالي في ظل التحول الرقمي ببنك دبي الاسلامي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور التحول الرقمي في تطور الخدمات المصرفية والأداء المالي ببنك دبي الإسلامي، ولأجل تحقق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الدراسة النظرية ودراسة واقع الخدمات المصرفية ببنك دبي الاسلامي ، بالإضافة الى تحليل المؤشرات المالية للبنك. ولقد توصلت الدراسة أن بنك دبي الإسلامي يعد من أهم البنوك في الامارات الذي واكب مختلف التطورات التكنولوجيا وقدم خدمات بنكية تتميز بالتنوع والسرعة وسهولة الحصول عليها، بالإضافة الى تحسن الأداء المالي للبنك وهذا ما لمسناه في تقارير البنك والمؤشرات المالية. This study aims to know the role of digital transformation in the development of banking services and financial performance at Dubai Islamic Bank. In order to achieve this, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon through theoretical study and a study of the reality of banking services at Dubai Islamic Bank, in addition to analyzing the bank’s financial indicators. The study has found that Dubai Islamic Bank is one of the most important banks in the Emirates that has kept pace with various technological developments and provided banking services characterized by diversity, speed, and ease of access, in addition to the improvement of the bank’s financial performance, and this is what we noticed in the bank’s reports and financial indicators.
