واقع المقاولة النسوية -دراسة لبعض دول الوطن العربي والجزائر

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على أهمية المقاولاتية النسوية في الدول العربية وكذلك واقعها الحالي في الجزائر وأيضا التعرف على أهم الآليات الداعمة للمقاولاتية النسوية حيث أصبحت تعتبر من ابرز المنابع للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على حد السواء، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من اجل معرفة واقع المقاولاتية النسوية في بعض الدول العربية وفي الجزائر. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ان المرأة المستثمرة مستمرة في جهودها لتطوير تجربتها من خلال المتابعة الدقيقة ومعالجة النواقص في وقتها المحدد كذلك المرأة دائمة التحمس لتحقيق نجاح اقتصادي مميز لنفسها وتوسيع تجربتها عل المدى الطويل من اجل دعم اقتصاد البلاد. This study was aimed at recognizing the importance of women's entrepreneurship in the Arab countries as well as its current reality in Algeria, as well as identifying the most important mechanisms supporting women's entrepreneurship, which has become one of the main sources of both economic and social development, and this study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in order to know the reality of women's entrepreneurship in the Arab countries and in Algeria. This study has reached a range of results, the most important of which is that the investing women continue their efforts to develop their experience through careful follow-up and addressing shortcomings on time as well as women are always eager to achieve a distinctive economic success for themselves and expand their experience in the long term in order to support the country's economy.
