قضية التجنيس في جريدة الإصلاح الجزائرية (1927-1939م )

Résumé: تعتبر الصحافة الإصلاحية في الثلاثينيات المنبع الأصيل لدراسة القضايا الوطنية ومناقشة السياسات الاستعمارية. وهذا البحث تناول بالدراسة جريدة الإصلاح التي كان يصدرها الشيخ الطيب العقبي (1890-1961م) وكيف تطرقت إلى موضوع التجنيس الذي كان الهدف منه مسخ الهوية الوطنية والقضاء على الشخصية الجزائرية المسلمة. فتمحورت الإشكالية حول مدى اهتمام جريدة الإصلاح بقضية التجنيس من خلال كتابات محرريها .وقد اعتمدت الدراسة للإجابة على هذا الإشكال منهجين: وصفي تحليلي وتاريخي، وكان خطة الدراسة مقسمة على أربعة محاور: أولها تضمن مدخلا مفاهيميا لأهم المصطلحات المتناولة في الدراسة و الثاني حول الخلفية التاريخية والسياسية للتجنيس في الجزائر، والثالث حول جريدة الإصلاح وتوجهاتها الفكرية، والرابع وهو محط الدراسة حول موقف جريدة الإصلاح من قضية التجنيس. لنصل بذلك إلى أن جريدة الإصلاح قد نجحت في تناول قضية التجنيس وتبيين خطرها على الأمة الجزائرية ومقوماتها. Abstract: The reformist press in the 1930s is considered the main source for studying national issues and discussing colonial policies. This research focuses on El-Islah newspaper, published by Sheikh Al-Tayeb Al-Akbi (1890-1961), and its approach to the issue of naturalization. The goal of naturalization was to alter the national identity and erase the Algerian Muslim character. The main problem addressed in this study is the extent to which El-Islah covered the topic of naturalization through its editors' writings. The study employs two methods: descriptive-analytical and historical. It is divided into three sections: the historical and political background of naturalization in Algeria, the newspaper’s intellectual orientation, and its stance on naturalization. The study concludes that El-Islah successfully highlighted the dangers of naturalization to the Algerian nation.
