Résumé: الملخص : يتكون المجلس الدستوري من 12 عضوا أربعة أعضاء من بينهم رئيس المجلس ونائب رئيس المجلس يعينهم رئيس الجمهورية، يتميز رئيس المجلس الدستوري عن باقي الأعضاء كونه معين من طرف رئيس الجمهورية إضافة إلى أنه يستشار من طرف رئيس الجمهورية في الظروف غير العادية. Abstract The constitutional council consists of 12 members. Four members including the speaker and vice-president of the council appointed by the president of the republic. The president of the constitutional council is distinguished from the rest of the membres by being appointed by consulted by the president of the republic in extraordinary circumstances
