Résumé: تعتبر التجربة العمانية هي الاحدث على مستوى الوطن العربي في مجال البنوك الاسلامية حيث سمح المشرع العماني بهذا النوع من النشاط المصرفي عام 2012. يتناول البحث دراسة تحليلية لدور البنك المركزي العماني في مساندة المصارف الاسلامية، من خلال التمويل بما يتوافق مع طبيعتها القائمة على اجتناب التعامل بالفوائد، كما يتضمن تحليلا للدور الرقابي الذي يمارسه هذا البنك بما يضمن حسن الاداء وتفادي الاثار السلبية لمخاطر العمل المصرفي مثل مخاطر السيولة ومخاطر الائتمان. تسمح الدراسة ببيان كل من آليات التعاون بين البنك المركزي والمصارف الاسلامية، و أدوات الرقابة التي يمارسها البنك المركزي على تلك المصارف، كما تتيح المجال لتقييم الدور الذي رسمه المشرع العماني للبنك المركزي في هذا المجال.

also the paper includes an analysis of the supervisory role exercised by the Omani central bank to ensure good performance of Islamic banks and to avoid the negative effects of the risks of the banking business

such as liquidity risk and credit risk. This study explain the mechanism of cooperation between the Central Bank and Islamic banks and the tools of supervision exercised by the central bank to control Islamic banking in Oman

to provide an assessment to the role of the Central Bank in this area.
