مراجعة مخرجات نظام مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة الحبوب و الخضر الجافة Ccls 2012-2013 -

Résumé: تعتبر المراجعة ومراقبة التسيير من بين أهم الآليات التي تساعد المؤسسة على بلوغ أهدافها والتحكم في أداءها التسييري ، من خلال إبراز الدور الرقابي في المؤسسة للوصول إلى معلومات وتحليلات واقعية عن سير العمل من أجل ترشيد القرارات والسياسات العامة حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور المراجعة في تقييم مخرجات نظام مراقبة التسيير ومن أجل ذلك حاولنا في هذه الدراسة معالجة الإشكالية التالية ": ما هو دور المراجعة في تقييم مخرجات نظام مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الإقتصادية ؟ " وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية قمنا بدراسة نظرية وتطبيقية للموضوع باستخدام بعض الأدوات المستعملة في البحث و المتمثلة في المقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة و ذلك عن طريق دراسة حالة في مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب و الخضر الجافة CCLS، ولقد توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج نذكر منها أن المراجعة تعمل على منع و تقليل حدوث الأخطاء من خلال تقييم مخرجات نظام مراقبة التسيير و تسعى إلى تطوير و تحسين أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية و وجدنا أن نظام مراقبة التسيير يسمح بالمتابعة الدقيقة لإنجازات المؤسسة ومحاولة التنسيق بين مختلف الأنشطة في المؤسسة. Considered the audit and management control of the most important mechanisms that help your organization achieve its goals and control the performance Aeltsiara, by highlighting the supervisory role in the organization to gain access to information and analysis and realistic about the progress of work in order to rationalize the decisions and public policies. This study aimed to clarify the role of the audit to assess the Steering control system outputs and for that we have tried in this study to address the following problem: "What is the audit's role in the evaluation of management control system outputs in economic institution?" To answer this problem, we studied the theory and application of the subject using some used tools in search of a personal interview and observation, through a case study in the cooperative grain Foundation and dry vegetables CCLS, and we have found several results we mention the most important: working the audit to prevent and reduce errors through management control system evaluation and seeks to develop and improve the internal control systems and found that Steering control system allows precise follow-up of the achievements of the organization and try to coordination between the various activities in the organization.
