منطقة سطيف في العهد العثماني: التقسيم الاداري والزعامات المحلية
Résumé: ملخص: تحتل منطقة سطيف مكانة مميزة ضمن مناطق الشرق الجزائري، وذلك نظرا للدّور الذي لعبته في شتى العصور،وخلال الفترة العثمانية تضاءل دور المدينة لتأخذ المناطق المحيطة بها مكانة مميزة نظرا لانشغال العثمانيين بتوطيد سلطتهم بين القبائل في الأرياف والبوادي. وقد احتلت منطقة سطيف مكانة مميزة لدى الاتراك بحكم موقعها الجغرافي ومكانتها الاقتصادية ولذلك عملوا على تنصيب قياد في المنطقة وشيوخ يمثلون السلطة التركية. وسنحاول في هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على الوجود العثماني بمنطقة سطيف، مع محاولة توضيح دور الاسر المتتفذة في توطيد السلطة العثمانية بالمنطقة من خلال استقراء الشذرات المتناثرة في عدد من المصادر. Abstract: The region of Setif occupies a special place in the regions of eastern Algeria, because of its role played at various times. During the Ottoman period, the role of the city was reduced and the surrounding area replaced it. The region occupies a privileged position by the Turks because of its geographical location and its economic status and therefore has the Turks have installed caids and sheiks in the region as representatives of the Turkish authority. In this article, we will try to shed light on the Ottoman presence in the region of Setif, while trying to clarify the role of influential families in the consolidation of Ottoman authority in the region by extrapolating fragments scattered in a number from sources.
