دراسة تحليلية قياسية لأثر مضاعف كينز على الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 1970-2016 باستعمال منهج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ardl)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار تأثير مضاعف كينز على الاقتصاد الجزائري، ولغرض التحليل تم استخدام بيانات سنوية لسلسلة زمنية للفترة (1970-2016)، حيث تم تقدير نموذج الإنحدار المتعدد باستعمال منهج الإنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL) الذي قدمه Pesaran et al (2001) حيث أكدت نتائج الدراسة القياسية وجود علاقة بين متغيرات هذه الدراسة في الجزائر في المديين القصير والطويل. وقد كشفت نتائج اختبار الحدود ان هناك علاقة طويلة الاجل بين الناتج المحلي الاجمالي والمتغيرات المستقلة أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني سياسات تهدف إلى تقليل الاعتماد المفرط على قطاع المحروقات مثل البحث عن بدائل متنوعة من اجل تنويع مصادر الدخل والعمل على تطوير أداء القطاعات الاخرى لتساهم في الإنعاش الاقتصادي. Abstract: The study aims to test the effect of Keynes multiplier on the Algerian economy, The study used annual time series data for the period from 1989 to 2009, Where the Multiregression model was estimated using Autoregressive Distributed lags Approach (ARDL) given by Pesaran et al (2001), where the results confirmed the existence of a relationship between the variables of this study in the short and long run. The Bounds test revealed that there exists a long-run relation between GDP and the independent variables Depending on the results, the study recommended the need to adopt policies aimed to reducing excessive dependence on the oil sector such as the search for alternatives to diversify income sources and work on improving the performance of other sectors to contribute in the economic recovery.
